•Conduct a detailed need analysis of the customer clearly identifying the key buyer values

•Perform the six step demo process highlighting the benefits of the product to the customer and also comparing with competition

•Conduct the test drive for each customer as per the standards defined

•Explains the various value added services available to the customer including benefits, process and timelines

•Guides the customer on the financing options, RTO process, insurance, booking amount

•Confirms the booking by accepting booking amount, opening yellow form and completing all document requirements

•Calculates the estimated time of delivery and explains the delivery processes to the customer

•Communicate with the customer in case of any changes to the delivery time, pending documents, balance payment

•Conduct a detailed handover of the product to the customer including features, documentation, invoicing, service, warranty cards, accessory fitment

•Engage the customer and accompanies during the delivery process 

Requirements:

Qualification: Any Graduate with pleasant looking with good communication skills.(Require both Males and Females)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience, preferably automobile, Any Retail exposure is also considered. 

Driving: 4 W driving with license is most preferred.

Age: Below 35

Salary in CTC: 15k to 25 k PM + Incentives.
