Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Will be working as US recruiting for IT/Non-IT requirements.

Ø  Handle full life-cycle of recruitment process (Source/Screen/Schedule).

Ø  Understanding various technologies.

Ø  Handling bulk and high volume of requirements.

Ø  Source profiles across various channels job-boards, references, head-hunting and social media.
